Sandy & Aaron had some mutual friends but never talked to each other much. Sandy thought Aaron had too much attitude and Aaron thought Sandy was “not approachable and not very friendly”.
Eventually one day, fate put them at the same place as the same time together. Aaron was waiting for someone and Sandy was waiting for a ride. This is where the love story began. It was this initial small talk that made them realize how wrong their impressions of each other was. “Aaron had a wonderful personality”, “Sandy was very sweet” was their thoughts afterwards. The one conversation turned into many more; slowly they realized that they were “Made for each other”. They realized they had so much in common. Love started taking hold of their hearts.
Aaron took Sandy to the Observatory on Grouse Mountain for Valentine’s Day. The mountains and the outside were covered in snow. After dinner, Aaron told Sandy that he wanted to get some fresh air and go for a little walk outside. “There is snow everywhere,” Sandy said (what girl wants to walk in the cold snow in her heels).
As they walked, talked and laughed about life, Aaron got on one knee and dropped the biggest question of his life to Sandy. She said, “YES”. She was so excited that she could not stop laughing, finally understanding that this was the reason they were on top of a mountain, freezing in the snow.
Soon after, wedding plans begun. The wedding was full of excitement, emotion, and fun chaos. It was the first wedding for both homes so everyone helped to ensure it was the perfect wedding. Sandy’s parents very emotional the entire week but at the same time they were so delighted to have Aaron marry their daughter. “My family is full of boys so they are thrilled to have gained a daughter-in-law whom they call their daughter” Aaron.
“We enjoyed every minute of it and will cherish it forever” Sandy & Aaron.
